As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting cultural institutions by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the cultural institution.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a welcoming environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and address potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership as required.
• Assist visitors with directions and general inquiries, representing Allied Universal in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment for all patrons and personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
