As a Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution setting, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the location. You will be visible throughout the area, providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to incidents, and communicating clearly with team members. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at logistics and distribution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious persons or activities as observed during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, vendors, and employees while upholding site-specific protocols.
• Document and report all incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
