Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, assisting with inquiries and communicating important information as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe for irregularities, report incidents, and communicate with property management and Allied Universal as needed.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of property rules as directed by site leadership.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and promote a positive atmosphere for tenants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
