As a Security Officer - Healthcare Site - Morning Shift in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the healthcare facility to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
• Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or medical emergencies as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
