As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for all employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will be a visible presence, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone you encounter. This position may require you to drive as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license in the job state is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
