As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, addressing any security-related concerns that arise, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.25 - $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols within the food and beverage production location.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff with security-related matters as needed, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Assist with access control procedures for visitors, contractors, and deliveries as directed by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
