As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting a secure environment within a healthcare setting. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas using a company vehicle as required. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the property.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.
• Assist with access control and visitor management, in accordance with location-specific procedures.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner for all incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
