As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also interact with a variety of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license in the job state is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the job state.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
