As a Security Professional - Unarmed Post - Afternoon Shift in Roanoke, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be a key presence at a leading automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for all who visit or work there. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help prevent potential issues, and engaging with employees and visitors to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring access points and assisting with access control, utilizing your communication skills to address concerns and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related needs specific to the automotive environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
