As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to various situations as they arise. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of reliability, agility, and teamwork. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters and site protocols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
