As a Dispatch Officer in a leading tech environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations and maintaining a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating communications, dispatching resources as needed, and responding promptly to incidents within the location. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing dispatch protocols relevant to a technology-focused location.
• Coordinate communication between on-site personnel and external agencies as needed for incident response and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities in accordance with site requirements.
• Assist with the management of access control systems and support visitor management processes as directed.
• Support regular and random patrols by coordinating mobile and on-site personnel, while remaining at the dispatch post.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities through careful monitoring of surveillance systems and timely communication with field personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
