As a Security Professional - Defense Patrol Driver in Rosedale, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents, remain highly visible, and engage with individuals on site to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. In this role, you will be required to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or conditions that may impact the security-related operations at the location.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and maintain a visible presence.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions while maintaining professionalism during interactions with employees, visitors, and/or contractors.
• Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions involving driving responsibilities.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
