As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic healthcare location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, staff, and patients. You will serve as a reassuring presence, responding promptly to situations as they arise and communicating clearly with both team members and those you encounter during your patrols. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete detailed incident and/or activity reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
