As a PATROL_UNARMED Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and vendors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond promptly to any incidents or requests for assistance. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are essential, as you will frequently interact with individuals on site. This position also requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues in assigned areas.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related needs and support a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by post orders.
• Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols to support the overall security-related objectives of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
