As a Security Professional - Access Control - Full Time in New Rochelle, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a residential setting, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents. You will also serve as a visible presence, responding promptly to inquiries and requests while providing exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Control access to the residential location by verifying identification and credentials of residents, guests, and service providers.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to observe and report on security-related matters.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual activities as required by site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with residents, property management, and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
