As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a vibrant retail and mall environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the location, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall environment, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious circumstances, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel or site management.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to manage the flow of individuals within the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and/or rule violations within the location.
• Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner, documenting observations and actions taken during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
