As a Security Officer - Unarmed Site - Overnight Shift in Sheboygan, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also be an essential part of the customer experience by providing clear communication and professional assistance to anyone on site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual conditions or potential hazards specific to chemical and petrochemical environments, reporting any concerns according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately in daily reports and logs as required by the location.
• Support access control procedures by observing entry points and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• A current Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
