As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional presence. In this dynamic setting, you will respond to situations as they arise, assist with access control, and support the overall security-related operations of the site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
• Work collaboratively with site staff to address security-related concerns and promote a positive presence.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Adapt to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
