As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol - Driving Post in Manson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a valued member of Allied Universal, you will serve in an armed patrol capacity at a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those on site. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help prevent incidents, and responding to situations as they arise. This role requires carrying a firearm and operating a vehicle as part of your daily duties, so a valid driver's license and the ability to meet driving requirements are essential. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with staff and visitors, reflecting our commitment to a caring culture and teamwork. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or security-related situations as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
