As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal assigned to a financial institution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will play a key role in promoting a sense of comfort and order throughout the site. You will interact with a variety of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter inappropriate or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while performing security-related duties.
• Document incidents and observations according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
