As a Security Professional - Residential Site - Unarmed Patrol in Sugar Land, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment within a residential community. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. This is an unarmed patrol position that requires driving; you must have a valid driver's license and meet Allied Universal's driver policy requirements. You will interact with community members, respond to incidents, and communicate important information as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities and/or management.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
• Assist residents and visitors with directions and general inquiries as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, and security-related matters for Allied Universal and/or client management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
