As a Security Professional - Access Control Specialist in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Security Professional in a commercial real estate setting, you will be responsible for access control duties, helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for all who enter the location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and offering assistance with professionalism and care. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal's standards. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Manage access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verifying credentials and visitor authorization as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills to address security-related issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following established procedures and protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license in the job state that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions only.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
