As a Security Guard - Hotel Patrol - Full Time in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at a premier hotel and resort location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will also interact with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to support a positive experience for everyone on site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to the appropriate personnel or management.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and assist guests or staff as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
• Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address security-related matters and provide assistance during emergencies or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
