As a Security Officer- Tech Dispatch Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by coordinating communication between teams and responding promptly to incidents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activity through various communication channels, dispatching personnel as needed, and helping to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence and clear communication. You will interact with both team members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating professionalism at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor and manage dispatch communications for the location, ensuring accurate and timely information flow between security-related teams and site operations.
• Conduct regular checks on security-related systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control, to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain awareness of site conditions.
• Document incidents, dispatch activity, and communications in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
• Assist with coordinating emergency response activities and/or drills, following site-specific procedures and protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of dispatch activity, incident reports, and communications for review by management and/or law enforcement as needed.
• Support the overall security-related operations of the location by providing clear communication and coordination among security-related personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
