As a Security Professional - Tech Site - Full Time in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas. By maintaining a visible presence, you will help to deter unwanted activity while providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for incidents and critical situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment within the technology and telecommunications location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
