As a Security Guard - CRE Unarmed in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will utilize your attention to detail and strong communication skills to respond to incidents, support access control, and collaborate with property management teams. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, assist with emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the commercial real estate setting, reporting any unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with property management and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
