As a Security Professional - Resort Patrol - Morning Shift in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure environment at a distinguished hotel and resort location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and interactions according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as needed.
• Work collaboratively with client staff and other Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming environment while upholding security-related standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
