As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Winnemucca, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. In addition, this post is a driving position, so you will be responsible for covering larger areas of the location and responding quickly as needed. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the high standards of Allied Universal. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with site access and general inquiries in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for positions that primarily involve driving and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
