As a Security Professional - Telecom Site - Afternoon Shift in Caledonia, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure atmosphere for those on site. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to support a welcoming environment, and providing outstanding customer service through clear and professional communication. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report security-related incidents or concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access and general inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client contacts to address security-related needs within a tech, media, or telecom environment.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and report unusual situations according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
