As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help discourage unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, adhering to protocols established for financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and identify any unusual activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity in and around the location, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and onsite personnel to address security-related matters and support a secure environment for employees and customers.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and reporting any unauthorized access attempts.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, especially in areas where financial transactions occur, to help to deter unwanted incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid Guard Card or security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
