As a Security Officer - Unarmed Media Site Patrol in Bristol, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and offering outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, providing clear communication and support when needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any security-related needs that arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document observations and report any unusual circumstances or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain order within the location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment, adapting to the dynamic needs of a technology, media, and telecom setting.
• Remain alert and responsive to changes in the environment, adjusting patrol routes and routines as needed to address evolving site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
