The Executive Chauffeur is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to senior executives and VIP guests. This role requires discretion, punctuality, and a high level of customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.This role involves ensuring the safety & security of executives during travel, supporting special events, and managing logistics related to executive movements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion, and the highest level of integrity while operating in dynamic and sensitive environments.

 

Driver for C-Suite Executive

Starting Salary - $34.62 with OT Available

 

The Executive Chauffeur is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to senior executives and VIP guests. This role requires discretion, punctuality, and a high level of customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.This role involves ensuring the safety & security of executives during travel, supporting special events, and managing logistics related to executive movements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion, and the highest level of integrity while operating in dynamic and sensitive environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives to and from meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary amenities, including an AED and first-aid kit.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions to plan optimal routes.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding executive schedules and conversations.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance. Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with executive assistants and security personnel to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Remain on-call during assigned hours and respond promptly to schedule changes and high-pressure situations.
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (No DUI’s, points for reckless driving, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and regional roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion and integrity.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving luxury vehicles.
  • Prior experience in law enforcement, military or corporate/private security, including having Act 235 Certification.
  • Familiarity with alarm systems, surveillance equipment, and residential security protocols.
  • AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
