As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, remain visible to staff and visitors, and respond promptly to any security-related situations that arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the tech, media, or telecom location.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to address questions or direct them as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support overall security-related objectives at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
