As a Security Professional Aero Patrol Unarmed in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. In this role, you will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. As this is a driving post, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe, report, and document any unusual activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols or while on post.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment within the location.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related matters and support operational needs.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management related to security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the job state is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
