As a Security Professional - Chemical Patrol Unarmed in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a chemical or petrochemical location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the assigned premises, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone onsite. You will be expected to monitor access points, assist visitors, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and integrity. As this is a driving post, you will utilize your valid driver's license to navigate the property as needed. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, adapting to the unique requirements of a chemical or petrochemical location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and/or potential hazards, helping to deter unauthorized access or actions within the premises.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or site-specific needs.
• Support access control measures, verifying credentials and/or authorizations for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Document and report all incidents, irregularities, and/or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
