As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring assigned areas, responding promptly to situations as they arise, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while maintaining a presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
