As a Security Professional - Logistics Screening in Wilmington, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entrances, conducting access control procedures, and performing security-related screenings to help deter incidents. You will interact with a diverse group of individuals, providing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals entering the facility to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
