As a Security Officer- Unarmed Bank Patrol in North Richland Hills, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting with any security-related situations that may arise. You will also be required to drive as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client guidelines.
• Collaborate with client staff and local law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to varying environments and conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
