As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading utility location, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding promptly to situations, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This is an armed position requiring you to remain alert, communicate clearly, and act with professionalism at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols specific to the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related issues within the utility location.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner while maintaining a visible presence.
• Follow all armed post protocols and procedures as required for the assignment at the utility location.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate promptly with Allied Universal management regarding incidents or observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
