Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and/or clients in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
• Follow security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of visitors, deliveries, and other front desk activities.
• Provide customer service by assisting with inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate departments or contacts.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
