As a Security Professional Access Control Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible and approachable, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Control access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, according to site-specific protocols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for the location.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and assisting with security-related matters.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related risks.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related issues and site updates as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
