As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and providing exceptional customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to incidents, and uphold the highest standards of integrity in every interaction. This post requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, suspicious behavior, or hazards, according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and/or exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or other protocols, in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns encountered during patrols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
