Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted into designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate to Allied Universal management or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with visitor management by verifying credentials and issuing access badges as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building tenants, employees, and visitors to address questions, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license in the state where the job is located and meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
