As a Security Professional Patrol Driver in Superior, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a chemical and petrochemical location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors. In this position, you will be expected to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any situations that may arise, always acting with integrity and professionalism. This post requires driving as part of your regular duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues in the environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity or conditions and report findings according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions involving driving responsibilities, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
