As a Security Officer - Tech Site - Weekdays in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in creating a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong, visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas for any security-related incidents, assisting employees and visitors with professionalism, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license meeting Allied Universal's driver policy requirements is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity within the premises.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any other security-related activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions involving driving responsibilities in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
