As a Security Officer - Industrial Site - Morning Shift in Anderson, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Screener with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring entry points, checking credentials, and interacting with employees and visitors. Your presence and attention to detail help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout your shift, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and screen individuals entering the manufacturing and industrial location, checking credentials and verifying authorization for entry.
• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe for unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in detailed reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
