Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with security-related inquiries and site-specific procedures.
• Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders during incidents or drills, supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent Allied Universal in all interactions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
