As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment within a leading tech and media location. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors with access-related inquiries and following site-specific procedures.
• Carry out security-related procedures and respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or unauthorized access attempts according to company and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
