As a Unarmed Security Professional - Campus Patrol in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the campus, remaining highly visible to help deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service, offering information and assistance with professionalism and courtesy. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus buildings and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards found during patrols within the educational location.
• Work collaboratively with campus personnel and/or local law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal policies.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt to varying working conditions across the educational location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
