As a Security Professional DoD Cleared Desk in Aurora, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests at a dynamic location. Your primary responsibility will be to manage access control, monitor alarm panels, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable presence. You will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive, responding promptly to inquiries, and supporting the facility's protocols. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting the proper authorities and following Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active Department of Defense Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
